Coordination 

The Lead Agency for TRADE is the Ministry of Local Government of the Republic of Malawi. The Principal Secretary for Local Governmnet is consequently the Chairperson of TRADE's Steering Committee. The focal directorate is the Directorate of Rural Development with its Director as the focal person between the PMU and the Ministry of Local Government
